PM SECOND QUARTER OF JANUARY

✅ SUMMARY – ELECTRICAL WEEKLY REPORT (2nd Week of January 2026)

  

⚡  1. General Overview

 Electrical teams from TW–DCD Department completed multiple tasks across PPL1‑XSite, PSCM, PSLP, and PEWF areas. Activities mainly involved electrical installation, relocation, repair, and preventive maintenance works.


⚡ 2. Machine Relocation Works (PPLP             / PPL1‑XSite)

  • Conducted electrical disconnection and reconnection to support the relocation of machines.
  • Installed or rearranged conduits, wiring, and cable supports to match new machine positions.
  • Ensured proper grounding and safe energization after relocation.

⚡ 3. Replacement of Defective                             Outlets & Push‑Lock Components

            (Outlet & Panelboard‑Related Images                Included)

  • Replaced defective outlets, ensuring safe power delivery to equipment.
  • Changed faulty push‑lock switches mounted on the panelboard at PEWF.
  • Verified outlet integrity and proper load conditions after replacement.

 

⚡ 4. Preventive Maintenance –                             Panelboard

Preventive maintenance (PM) was performed on selected panelboards, which included:

  • Tightening of terminal lugs to avoid overheating.
  • Cleaning dust accumulation inside the panelboard enclosure.
  • Checking breakers for proper mechanical operation.
  • Inspecting for signs of carbonization, burnt marks, or loose contacts.
  • Replacing defective push‑lock units and related components as needed.

These PM activities improved reliability, reduced electrical risks, and helped ensure continuity of operations.


🛠️ 5. Other Electrical Works (Across                   Multiple Sites)

        PPL1‑XSite

  • Electrical routing, conduit installation, and power line adjustments.
  • Support activities for machine setup and testing.

        PSCM

  • Conducted inspection and installation tasks; supported ongoing electrical upgrades.  

        PEWF

  • Additional electrical improvements and minor corrections to existing installations.

        PSLP

  • Wiring corrections and panel checks; supported area equipment electrical requirements.
