🛠️ Overall Scope of Work

Across the week, the team completed 15 documented tasks involving:

  • Preventive Maintenance (PM)
  • Load Balancing
  • Electrical Works
  • Breaker Replacement
  • Dismantling and Pull‑out of Electrical Connections

Most activities focused on panel boards, with some work on lighting and CCTV installation.

All tasks were marked OK, with no pending issues reported.

🔧 1. Preventive Maintenance & Load Balancing

Performed repeatedly across multiple branches:

🔧 3. Corrective Maintenance

  • RSP – Robinsons Starmill Pampanga
    “2 defective breakers replaced” on March 19.
    Another visit on March 17 noted defective breakers needing replacement.

🛠️ 4. Additional Works

  • MSP – Funhouse
    Installation of additional CCTV camera.

🏗️ 5. Dismantling & Pull‑Out

  • PSPD – SM San Pedro
    “Dismantled Electrical Supply PSPD satellite… and pullout electrical.”
