Narrative Report on Recent Electrical and Maintenance Activities
Over the past operational period, the technical team successfully completed several electrical works and preventive maintenance activities across multiple sites to ensure safety, reliability, and improved system performance.
At Store PPLP, the team carried out electrical works focused on enhancing the store’s security infrastructure. This included the installation of additional CCTV units, strategically positioned to expand surveillance coverage and support overall store monitoring. The installation was completed efficiently, with all units tested and confirmed fully operational.
Meanwhile, at PPL1‑XSITE, the team conducted a comprehensive preventive maintenance procedure. The scope of work covered load balancing, cleaning of the panelboard, tightening of circuit breakers, and performing a full load test. These activities were executed to reduce electrical risks, improve system stability, and ensure that the facility’s electrical distribution remains in optimal condition.
At TOMSWORLD Evia Mall, the team continued its commitment to electrical reliability by performing load balancing and preventive maintenance. This included inspection of electrical components, adjustment of load distribution, and verification of system performance to prevent overheating, tripping, or uneven power allocation.
Additionally, the team visited the Tempo area for TOMSWORLD SM San Pedro to assess and support ongoing electrical requirements. The site inspection and technical presence ensured that any emerging concerns were addressed promptly and that the area remained compliant with operational standards.
Overall, the activities conducted across all locations contributed to improved electrical safety, enhanced equipment performance, and strengthened operational readiness. The team’s coordinated efforts ensured that each site received the necessary technical support to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations.
